At Thomas Earnshaw, we strive for excellence in every timepiece; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the timepiece in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our master watchmakers inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
